Terms of Service

These terms of service govern your access to and use of GoodRevyu (the "Service"). By creating an account, you accept these terms.

1. The Service

GoodRevyu is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that helps businesses manage and reply to their customer reviews using artificial intelligence, across multiple platforms.

2. Account and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for replies published via the Service, including reviewing them before sending.
  • You agree to comply with the terms of the third-party platforms you connect (Google, Meta, Trustpilot).

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, misleading content or content infringing others' rights. GoodRevyu applies automatic guardrails, but the final responsibility for published content is yours.

4. Artificial intelligence

Replies are generated by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) and are suggestions. They may contain inaccuracies; you must review them before publishing. The Service enforces mandatory moderation before any send.

5. Subscription and payment

  • Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Canadian dollars (CAD), taxes not included.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the customer portal.
  • Unless required by law, amounts paid are not refundable pro rata.

6. Quotas

Each plan has limits (locations, AI replies, users). Beyond those, you can upgrade to a higher plan.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its technology remain the property of GoodRevyu. Your data and the content of your replies belong to you.

8. Termination

You may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days, in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GoodRevyu shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service or content published on third-party platforms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in Quebec (Canada). Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Quebec.
